I ran into an excellent post on reasons why in so many companies innovation programs fail. There are several basic things that need to be in order for a vision to actually embed into a company, or for a culture change to actually happen. As I’ve said earlier;  “are you ready to innovate big? Start from within, empower your employees, step by step”  This article sums it up pretty clearly;

“About 75% of organizational change fails because employees are not included in the process or prepared to adopt new processes. Your innovation program is centered on engaging your employees and providing transparent feedback about their ideas.”

It sums up 5 practical basics that need to be in place for innovation or culture change to happen within a company. Worth the read
